Who should I declare as my audience if I'm writing a research paper on Alcoholism and effects on people around it??

Often research papers will influence policy making - in this case, it could be on crime, health or social services, for example. You could write it for a charity, pressure group or political party dealing with family mediation (counselling), street crime or cessation (medical, social and psychiatric intervention) strategies.

if i were you, i would make the audience either teenagers or parents. for instance, teenage drunk driving, or parents raising their children around it and how children from alcoholic parents are more likely to be alcoholics themselves. i hope this helps. good luck and blessed be.
