If you really want to learn astrology you should go to a discount book store and buy a beginning astrology book. this will give you the basics which are the meanings of the signs, planets, houses, aspects, elements, modalities, chart drawings basics etc.
The Internet might be OK for learning some of the basics but really there is not enough advanced information on line to really learn astrology from web sites, unless you pay to take a course. You are better off getting books because if you are serious about it, it is very complicated and you will always refer back to your books as reference material.

There are always astrology reports in teen magazines. Maybe if you study them, they can be helpful. Remember that none of this stuff is real though. It's all made up. Don't take it too seriously.
