Im thinking you should get about the same... The bigger displacement will lower the milage a bit, but the other add ons to the engine will help improve the efficiency of the engine. I had an old ford grand torino with a 351 windsor and I put all of the upgrades your talking about and it raised milage (as long as the peddal didnt touch the floor much) by about 2mpg... So Im guessing your car will be around the 8-12 range.

Also, I dont know if you have checked to see if your stock speedo setting is off. Going with 32's over a car with stock 235/70/15's will result in a diffrence of about 10% in size and milage... so when you see 10mpg you really could be getting 11mpg. Thats if you have not changed the speedo gear... Just another quick point.

10 to 15mpg, geesh if the 6 only got 10mpg don't expect an improvement with the 350

Your mileage is not going to be great but you should get 18-20 mpg depending on how and where you drive.
