I have yet to get sick.... I am 20 weeks pregnant and I think its wonderful not getting sick at all, lol,

I just found out on Monday that I am having a little boy!!!

I heard that old tale too, I bought a book just for the fun of it, it was called something like 50 Fun ways to find out the sex of your baby, Its such a cute and interesting book... and it had this theory in it too, It said... Girls cause problems all during the pregnancy especially with morning sickness, but Boys wait until the make their arrival before causing problems, lol... looks true for me :)

I had a great 1 and 2 trimester, I was only sick for one week. And I was pregnant with a boy, I never got morning sickness, and I was so grateful! I bragged all the time, saying I had the easiest pregnancy ever!!!! Well I was wrong.

For me I was sick the entire last tri-mester, I was dizzy, I couldn't hold any food down, heart burn was aw-full and I will always remember the Hot flashes.

I did hear thought that with girls you get worse morning sickness than with boys. But I also heard that with boys heart burn is aw-full. But you have to remember that every pregnancy is different!

I had a girl the first time and didn't have any sickness or anything. I'm having a boy this time and I'm miserable. It has gone from bad to worse. I swear I have hurt or been sick for the entire pregnancy. He rides so high I can't barely breath and I have 4 weeks to go. If your looking for a good way to tell if it is a boy or a girl go to http://www.pregnancystore.com/baby_gender_mentor.htm
I found out at 9 weeks when I found out it was a boy, and yes it was confirmed later by sonogram.

I lost thirty pounds in my first 5 months of pregnancy. Sick everyday and in and out of the hospital though out my whole pregnancy. Everyone swore I was having a girl, because I was so sick. But I had an 11lb. Baby Boy. I heard the sicker you are during pregnancy the healthier the baby. It's true for me.

I had some morning sickness this time around and I had a girl...my first pregnancy was also a girl and I did not have any morning sickness at all...with the second pregnancy I did have a lot of heartburn and both girls were very VERY active in there, treating my kidney as though it were a soccer ball...Are you pregnant? Do you know what you are having yet? Good Luck and enjoy the experience!

I had 24 hour morning sickness. For my first child it lasted 6 months. The other four was 4-5 months. I have four boys and the last one was a girl. The morning sickness was not as intense with the girl as it was with the boys, I kept more food down with her, but the nausea was still there.

I've been pregnant more times than I care to think about, including two miscarriages and three children. I was nauseous each and every time, even with the miscarriages.

However, each person is different. I have heard that some women are more nauseous with one gender or simply more nauseous with one pregnancy than the other.

We do know that multiple pregnancies (twins, etc) cause you to be more nauseous and nauseous a lot earlier. There is no medical evidence that shows the gender of the fetus affects morning sickness.

I did have it pretty bad and I had a boy. I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was almost 8 weeks. I had been wondering why I couldn't even eat my favorite foods!

However, there's no connection btwn morning sickness and baby gender, and I had heard the exact opposite!
