Ligaments are in your body...legitimate is what you're looking for FYI... contact the Better Business Bureau maybe.

If you want to know what sites/organizations are legitimate... then do a web search on them. If they are scams or legitimate... you should be able to find the information that way. Just type the name of the site or organization in google or yahoo search. (A ligament is defined as tough tissue connecting body parts.)

Do some research. Ask for referrals. See who is linked to them.
If something sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
All reputable companies offer a way to return products for a refund.
(I think you mean legitimate.)
