It used to be hot where I'm at, but not today. I live in El Paso TX and we had flash floods today, and probably tomorrow too. We got around 8 inches of rain today, and we usually get that amount in a year. The streets looked like rivers, arroyos looked like lakes, sinkholes sunk cars, and mudslides were all over the city. I felt like we were in that movie the day after tomorrow. Oh and it was about 80 F today.

I am in Michigan. 90s with the heat index at 105.
Here is the interesting thing. I have never heard of this before. My clothes dryer was wet on the inside like it was sweating. I used it anyway and it worked. This morning there was actually a small puddle of water. They told me it was from the extreme heat outside. That was a new one on me..............

I didn't know it was that hot in Toronto too. It felt like 107-degrees F in SW Ohio today. Don't you love it when people walk up to you and ask if it is hot enough for you? Someone did that today and my reply was......"Well no, my eyeballs haven't melted and slid down my face yet."

I keep telling myself to remember this weather when it is winter and I am scraping the ice off the car.:) I am rambling, just tell me to shut up.

9:21 pm here in Courtenay, BC - it's been overcast and raining off and on all week, chilly when it's raining and at night, very hot and humid when the sun's out - the summer has been pretty short here - we're hoping for at least another couple of weeks of good weather before school starts.

Can't really empathize with u guys. I'm from India & its hot most of the time , but right now we are having our monsoon season, so it rains, pours & rains some more. I'm not complaining coz it has brought the temperature down.
