If your sister is 6 months pregnant and she says she is having her period, you need to talk to her and tell her to call her doctor immediately...that or tell her to get to the hospital.
She needs to be seen by her doctor because something can be wrong. There might be something they can do to help her, if she gets there soon enough. Sometimes the medication they can give her will help, but there are times it doesn't too.
Everyone is different and will react to medication differently.
Tell her to go or at least call her doc.

some women get a period while they are pregnant some dont. if theres cramping or clots she should see her doctor right away
when i was pregnany with my son i had a period off and on the whole time

MY SISTER STARTED SPOTTING IN HER 7-8 MONTH, IT WAS BECAUSE SHE(the baby) HAD TURNED, SHE WASN'T BREECH ANYMORE. IF SHE STANDS ALOT SHE NEEDS NOT TO DO THAT AND CALL HER DOC FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, IF ITS ALOT THOUGH SHE MIGHT CONSIDER GOING TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM .
