Okay, I work in skincare so here we go...

First off start young! You are never too young for good skin care.

Stay out of the sun, use SPF 30 or higher everyday!!! Wear a hat, use good sunglasses that block the UV rays. Do not go salon tanning.

Use decent products, it doesn't have to be super expensive, the drugstore stuff is great if you get the more expensive ones like Loreal and dove. "The Body Shop" has really good skin care at very reasonable prices.

You need to cleanse morning and night, follow with a toner (this helps to restore your PH balance) then apply an eye cream w/the tip of your ring finger along the bone, not too close to the eye, follow that w/ 1. for am a light moisturizer w/SPF or 2. for evening use a night cream. Once to twice a week use an exfoliator, after you cleanse before you tone.

Drink lots of water every day, at least 8 glasses a day, for each drink w/caffeine you need an extra glass of water. Eat healthy foods, veggies and fruits have great anti-oxidants in them to help fight free radicals and pollution.

Also exercise helps. Good luck, start now and you will be happy you did.

stay out of the sun & always wear sunblock when you're outdoors. Keep your skin moisturized, a moisturizer with a sunblock is best. Whenever applying anything to the face(moisturizer, cleanser, makeup, etc.) always apply in an upward motion without pulling the skin. Going in a downward motion will eventually cause the skin to sag & creat wrinkles. Give yourself a facial every month with an apricot masque, it adds moisture to the skin & keeps it young looking

I've been told that using moisturizer after cleansing can help aid in the slowing down of wrinkles...also, limit the time you spend in the sun.

Well, some say that hot water causes more wrinkles, and it is really bad for your hair. I would stay away from hot showers.

Apply special anti-ageing creams.
Alternatively, excercise. You may not believe it, but excercising keeps even skin taut and healthier.
You can also apply Cucumber.
