Any day, I'm going to be a daddy.
My fiancee is asleep right now,
I'm very nervous...
The baby is a girl, Samantha Nicole.
My fiancee, Amanda,
is going through more discomfort then she should,
she has gone in to false labour,
and before she was screaming that she felt the head pushing down,
but it wasn't.

Is the normal ?

So normal. Just like waiting in line for a ride at the amusement park. Your just waiting to get on the ride. And it's going to be a great one.

The feeling of discomfort wont go away until the baby is born...As far as the false labor, she could be feeling braxton hicks which are just her body doing warm up contractions, but those are always a good sign, that means baby is coming soon. Now, when she is in real labor, and ready to push when the baby's head is coming down, trust me, she'll know! She will feel like she has to go to the bathroom and do a the "#2" really bad.

Congratulations!!! Yes, all of that is normal! Although every pregnancy is different, they are all full of joy AND discomfort. I remember walking around the mall in my 9th month, and after a bit of walking , swearing I felt the baby's head pop out, and I panicked (So , I know THAT part is normal!) This is a great time in your life, but also full of uncertainty, and wonder, especially if this is your first child. Nothing that you mentioned is anything to worry about... Best wishes to you, Amanda, and little Samantha!

If you are concerned you should see a Doctor. Having said that, I would think it is quite normal to panic at the slightest sign of something wrong when it comes to a first pregnancy. This is new for both of you and can be scary.

I thought she was only 8 months pregnant. She shouldn't go into labor any time soon so if she's feeling that then she should go to her doctor and ask him.
