I sure would. I spent 1 month in Mongolia without electricity. But I don't know if I'd like to live like that for the rest of my life. But once in a while, I'd like that.

Of course they did it for thousands of years before Benjamin Franklin came along. I would be able to survive wouldnt bother me a bit not to have electricity

If l had no choice, then l surpose l would have to. But if l did have a choice, l would choice not to, but l could if l lived where l was living and you couldn't get electricity there.

Sure.
My career choice is not dependent upon electricity, although my entertainment choices would have to change. I'd manage.
