Well its an interesting comparison.

However the French Wee Wee is spelled different. It's actually Qui Qui, rather than Wee Wee. It may be pronounced as Wee Wee.

Which brings me to the other Wee Wee, which is the description for a tiny Male organ. Now this could have some historical connection with the French. Perhaps that's why they pronounce their Qui Qui as wee wee, because they are constantly obsessed with small penises? I am not sure. With these French, you never can tell, eh!

Now comes to the question of Wee Wee, which has to do with the bodily function. This is an old boy scout term. It originated with Boy scouts not having a word for "taking a leak." Because they didn't want to appear stupid or rude by saying stuff like, "I got to take a leak guys!" or "Time for that wizz, boys." or "Boy, I need to take a piss so bad!" or "Damn, my bladder is about to burst if I don't go into the bush and urinate.", etc., so instead they came up with this "cute" Boy scout description which they could use without being embarrassed. Wee Wee! (Cute, isn't it?)

Wee wee is taking a piss, a colloquial for urinate. Nothing to do with body organ. A girl can go wee wee too.
