Keep sticking with the midol. It's defintely normal and I'm sorry that it sucks so much. But I know some people who go to the hospital sometimes b/c it hurts them so badly so I hope your period isn't that bad. Drinking water, chocolate and being active and excercising are the 3 things I do that help my period the most. Good luck and feel better!!

OH yes cramps they suck i get really bad ones like urs..try midol and a long hot bath also try a heating pad and if u use tampons don't use a tampon on Ur days u cramp the most i have noticed when i use them the cramps hurt more so try that..also try going to ur ob gyn there might be something else wrong and talk to your mother if she is OK with it talk to your doctor about getting on some BC sometimes taken BC it will help out with cramps and stuff you don't need to be sexually active for BC and just because u start taken it don't mean u need to have sex.. try to exercise also sometimes that helps girls with cramps ..gl to you

Been there!, except no amount of painkillers helped. Asked my gyno and was put on Ortho-Tricyclen Lo. First couple of months you still have bad cramps plus nasuea (sp?) BUT after that it is a MIRACLE! I don't have bad cramps anymore and my period shortened by 4 days!

I get the same thing.. theres nothing wrong with you.. the only thing you can do is keep taken your asprin and midol

sometimes and i had that kind of period and i was off mine in 3 days so it may b that if not go talk to the dr. and she /he may want to put u on the pill to get it to stop hurtin u so bad

I get this too. I get it on my back and legs. I also get bloated. It's normal. It's not fun being a girl when you have your period...well best of luck! =)

You need to see a doctor. It could be endometriosis.

become more active during your period..thats what i do when i get cramps , or i just do wut u do and lie down..or sit down..or like take a nap..napping usually helps
