Any editing software can do it....Final Cut Pro for a (MAC)....or(mac/ PC)..... Adobe Premiere....After Effects....the list goes on, there are higher end programs, it depends on how much money you have, and they all essentially do the same thing anyway.

You may want some sound editing software as well as Adobe Photoshop. You'll also need to have lots of HD space for any editing.
