I doubt I'll be the only person to ask you this, but...if you are so anti-smoking and the habit disgusts you (which is completely your perogative), why on earth did you marry a smoker? If her smoking has escalated since you've been married, maybe it's because you are stressing her out and nagging her to death about it. Sorry. Hard to feel sorry for you. You knew what you were getting into.

I smoke and I hate the ******* things, they are extremely addictive. When I try to quit, I get anxious, tense, very short tempered and I have trouble sleeping. I put a fist through a wall for no other reason than I wanted a cigarette. When I try to quit, I get worried about what I might do if someone does something that ticks me off.
Smoking my first cigarette was the stupidest thing I've ever done.

Well I first started because of peer pressure wish I was smart enough back then to know that it is a very addictive drug. It is very hard to quit tried a few times but went right back to doing it again. It is relaxing to smoke and becomes a habit to have something in your hand as well as putting it into my lungs. Did she smoke when you met her? If she did well you should of known what you were getting into.

Non-Smoking please, I dont brain if others do...my ex hubby smoked and my moms and dads smoke, and my sister however I don't smoke so I more commonly find it irresistible larger if now not, however that dosent imply that I am long past in case you remove darkness from from time to time.

she is addicted and it is a dumb way to spend her life. shes not worth your time and i would never waste my time that i could be spending with a nice considerate guy with some smoker guy. totally puts me off. call the quit line for her. tie her to a chair and don't let her out. she will hate you and scream at you but i would do it anyway. i don't think anybody should have to put up with smokers and i have zero tolerance for them. thats y i dont talk to my friend maddy anymore coz her mum pulled out a cigarette when i was at her sleepover and i breathed it in. YUCK!!!!!!!
tell her that you think the cigarettes seem more important to her than you. if she doesn't agree with that screw her and find a new wife. it will hurt you but sum people just won't change for anyone. hope this helps u figure out wat to do.

I quit a few years ago because I started feeling like crap and coughing up dark phlem. (Yuk!)
I had 3 days of hell and after that, 100% fine... I just had to keep telling myself that I'm stronger than that little white tube of tobacco... and I refused to give in - so until your wife is ready to say this, she won't quit.
Have her go to her doc and get a chest x-ray done - that should scare the hell out of her!!!

cause I love the cute little cough that kids make when you blow smoke in their faces. Plus, all the men I date find it super attractive. I think it would be fun to have two open heart surgerys and carroted artery surgeries like my paternal aunt. Plus, being on oxgen could get me a lot of sympathy.
