A lot of stores offer this option. It depends on what you're buying and if you're willing to apply for a credit card with them. Home Depot, Lowes, Sears all offer seasonal specials for financing. Some states allow you to break up purchases on store credit cards so that you can pay them off in installments without incurring interest charges. HSN and QVC offer installment plans in the form of smaller monthly charges to your credit cards. Hope this helps!
