It depends on what you did to make her leave. Apologize from the bottom of your heart and swear it will never happen again.
Romance her like you did when your were dating. Send her flowers, cards, stuffed animals and let her know she is in your thoughts.
Never ever do what ever it was you did again.

what was the reason that she left in the first place?
the only good foundation for a good relationship is communication. without that, you dont have a relationship anyway.
talk to her and see what her views are and try to go from there.
does she want you back? why did she leave? did she start seeing anyone else?
were you abusive?
there are a lot of reasons why a person leaves a marriage. most of the time, it wont be repaired.

Depends on how you lost her. That has a lot to do with it. If you cheated then she needs to stay where she is. If she cheated then you are better off with out her. If she left because of lack of attention then you need to give her all the attention she needs. Act as though you were teenagers again. How did you two meet. What did you do to get her to look at you in the first place? Now is the time to bring out your sensitive side.

You shouldn't have screwed up in the first place. If she's already gone its probably already too late. Depending on what you did (if you did something awful just be quiet and let her go you deserve it) give her space and time, after that talk to her and figure out what SHE wants then respect her wishes.

Try talking to her and let her know how you feel --- show her you aren't going to hurt her any more --- this will take time if she is willing to work on repairing the relationship --- rebuilding trust is never easy but if you really want her back then you must do what it takes ---

Where did she go leave you other man what? All will have outcome on how to win her back....Seriously if I left my husband and he wanted me back he would just have to be the person I fell in love with to start with and that would work.
