just reboot. if it still wants to start up in safe mode you have a problem that needs to be fixed. more than likely it will just reboot normally tho.

Just restart it automatically stars in normal

Just as you do normal Windows. The next time it boots, it'll ask you if you want to boot normally.

turn of your whole computer and restart it
