A lot of atlhletes put tape over their earrings to protect their ears. That might work unless your coach doesn't let you wear earrings because they won't match the others cheer leaders.

Maybe they'll let you wear earmuffs while you're at cheer practice. It might look a little funny but would save you the pain of taking the earrings out and putting them back in. Just a suggestion.

Put the strips of band-aids on your ears or use athletic tape. That is what I had to do. It worked well, but let your coach know. Maybe you could take them out for just practice and then put them back in when cheer is over.

You should be able to get a clear spacer to wear when you are cheering. I'm not sure where-I would say go someplace wear the sell products to gauge ears. They might have some really small ones you can use or they might know wear you can buy what you are needing.

You should be OK for a few hours, but it may hurt to remove them & put them back in. If you're worried about it, you can string fishing line through them & have someone help you tie it into little "earrings.".

take them out right b4, then put them back in asap. talk to your coach, if they are studs, she might let it slide in practice, but preforming i can understand. make sure to use the cleasing liquid they should have given you, and take it with you so when you take the earings out, you can use the liquid. just be carful putting them back in, they are sharp, unlike normal earings.
