skin is a semi-permeable membrane. when you are in water with a lower salinity than your body water moves into your body through your skin. it must then be removed from your body to keep your body's salinity in balance. the opposite happens in the ocean, water moves out of you body to the higher salinity of the ocean, increasing the salinity in your body. the excess salt must be removed by your kidneys making you need to pee.

Being in a pool does not make you want to pee. It just that when you feel the urge to pee and you are in the pool, you are just too lazy to get out and go into the house to pee.

This question cracked me up, and brought back some distant memories. It took me years to learn what that warm place in the pool was when swimming with friends, it was them letting loose with a pool additive of their own. Yea, been there, done that. Good question.

Its actually probably because you get aroused from urinating in the pool, its cool to know people are swimin' having a beach ball time whilst amongst something that came out of your penis. Im getting an erection right now!

You are losing body temperature, thus you either have to pee or shiver. It is very tempting, isn't it?
Don't go into my pool when I am swimming!

I don't know. Perhaps it is the contrast of body heat and the pool water temperature.
