I also got a raise at work and it's retroactive for a year!
But that's not the best thing. I wouldn't have even thought of that if I hadn't seen a previous answer. I really don't care about money. I've discovered something better.
Best thing that happened to me was that I prayed with a new brother on the phone.

I got the most wonderful news today!!!! I found out that my step sisters parental right have been permanently dissolved. This is a good thing because I've been wanting to adopt her daughter...this now ensures I will be able to adopt her!!! My step sister has always been really bad into drugs and her husband is in prison. I can't have children of my own and have always wanted to adopt. And, now I know I will be able to have my own beautiful little girl!!! I've been working on this for a year now and it's finally going to happen!!! YAY!!! :) ~Kendra Leigh

as someone who suffers from deep depression the best thing that happened to me today was that i woke up today to live and figth another day. It really does help to live one day at a time, enjoy the time because we are not in control of our own destiny and tomorrow may not be ours to see.
