Or is it the sensation of tasting the smoke and feeling it in your throat? Is it the nicotine? Is it holding the cigarette? Do you not know why? What is it that makes smoking worth the health risks (and don't say "nothing," you know as well as I do that there's something you love about it, otherwise you would have quit).

I simply adore the way I see myself as I'm smoking. Perhaps it's because I started smoking at 10 years old, or maybe it's becuase I have seen myself looking good in pictures when I was smoking... either way I feel really sexy when I'm smoking. I especially enjoy putting on lipstick and seeing it on the filter.. I know I'm odd, but that's the number one reason. I quit once for 6 months during the winter and as soon as the weather warmed up and the clothes began coming off I needed those cigs to make myself feel better about how I looked in my mind. I also associate alot of good times with smoking since I have done so for so much of my life. What's your favorite thing about it? Best wishes

i'm guessing you're not a smoker... oh well. anyway i think it's a little differant for everyone. but to me it helps me concentrate. after awhile you don't even taste the smoke. and it don't feel anydifferant in the throat. as for the health risks.... i like the way they make me feel. with all the bad things in the world. war and all that, i figure somethings else is gonna end up killing me anyway so i might as well enjoy it while it lasts right?

I think people love ME more when I smoke, if I try and quit WATCH OUT! No seriously quitting sucks, its hard, you have no patience with anyone or anything, your nerves are shot, you can't stop thinking about smoking. Hell I am going to have to smoke since I got all worked up answering this question :o)

Its usually in the nicotine and the oral fixation. That in the fact that it raise your blood pressure, causes your heart to race, and clogs your lungs. So that when your think you are relaxing your body actually worn out.
