Just google "Estes rocket engines price". There are tons of places online that sell their little rocket engines. You could use one of their inexpensive reusable rocket bodies, or go really cheap and just glue a light-weight stick onto each engine.
I see them under $5 each, and less in bulk.

It would be better just to buy a model rocket starter set from a hobby shop - a little pricier, but safer and cooler-looking.
