Absolutely not! Any time you are a good lover it requires complete attention to your partners emotions and every small change in sensitivity or mood. If you are messed up with pot or booze it does not allow you to pay close attention to your partner. It does not make sex feel better as you cannot pay as much attention as you need to - to make sex feel good.

Drugs give you a false sense of feeling better, so I'd assume that would transfer over to sex. Remember every addict began with just one hit.
