the easiest way is to start with something for a center, a dime or a penny works pretty good. then just start adding rubber bands. it will start out oblong, but as you add more and more rubber bands it will become rounder. Also it makes it alot easier to use wider rubber bands. The narrower ones tend to roll off the side instead of staying on the ball. The tighter you make the rubber bands the more bounce the ball has.

Make a small paper ball by folding a rough small paper in any manner, about 25mm in dia. Put rubber bands over it, one by one, in such a way that it takes a shape of a ball. This becomes a very good playable rubber band ball.

I think you just start puting rubber bands around a core of a tangled rubber band or you can just purchase one at office maxx just buy a big bag of them or collect them and mess around. You also might just take some tape and make a small ball and use that as your core. Some masking tape or some junky rubber bands.

You start with 3 - 4 rubber bands and you fold them in half. Wrap a 5th around the folded ones and then start looping all the ends around. You will get a very small bundle. After getting the bundle as tight as you want just start wrapping rubber bands in each direction.

You take a small ball, and then just wrap several rubber bands on it. My sis makes them all the time.

Oh I just made one they are pretty easy if you have several rubber bands! First take one and tie it in a knot again and again till it is like a little ball then take the skinny tiny bands first and stretch them on and around first then get bigger and bigger till you will need to stretch one giant band and not even fold it. Good luck!

Take 2 rubber bands and loop them together till they're connected. Then take a 3rd and connect it to the 2nd one, and a 3rd connected to the 4th etc... and start rolling.
Don't know how big it will get till all those rubber bands get dry rot and bust apart.
