Make sure you are eating well. Eat balanced meals, low sugar, enough protein, etc. Get enough sleep. Don't stand up too fast.
I had to deal with that for 16 years before I ended up on anxiety meds that took them away completely.The doc said they were part of my anxiety, and apparently he was right.
Oh, also, take a multivitamin daily and iron supplement a couple times a week.
But I'd see a doc anyway to get bloodwork, just in case.

simply being lightheaded can be caused a hundred different things and may be a symptom of a larger problem. You'd have to go into more details surrounding these incidence of lightheadedness. Doctor would of course be the best option.
