Here's a hint - his initials are George W. Bush. Why? Well, let's see what we have here......

1. When he came into office, we had a balanced budget and a surplus. Within a year we had a deficit.

2. He's a liar, crook and was never officially elected the first time, so he's technically in the office illegally.

3. He's cost close to 3,000 American lives in a no-win war which was uncalled for and was just a vendetta on his part. He hid behind the tragedy of 9/11 as justification. How many children will never know their fathers thanks to him?

4. He's relaxed environmental standards to the point where the environment is so effed up that it will take forever to get it straightened out and we don't have forever. He also refused to sign the Kyoto Accord on global warming saying there was no such thing.

5. He's increased the size of the Federal bureaucracy to where its larger than it was in the last 50 years - and he vowed to cut it down in size.

6. He's been responsible for tax breaks for the wealthy and the corporations, but none for the middle-class....and they were the fools who elected him in the second election he was involved in. And let's not forget that gas prices are the highest they've ever been and the big oil companies are raking in record profits.

7. He vetoed stem cell research funding by stupidly saying they were people. That research could have made the quality of life so much better for hundreds of thousands of people. The stem cells were going to be destroyed anyway, so if they're people (babies) why weren't the people holding them prosecuted for murder?

8. He was responsible for untold misery and suffering for far too long for victims of Hurricane Katrina.

9. He has made the American military go into his little no-win war and fight and die while he didn't have the guts to go to into the regular military during the VietNam conflict and instead hid out in the Air National Guard.

10. He has - through some of the most ridiculous and inane statements ever uttered by anyone, let alone an American President - made this country the laughingstock of the world. All the respect for this country is gone thanks to him. Do you know of any other President who would greet the leader of a foreign nation the way he greeted Tony Blair of England? "Yo, Blair." Good God!!!

That's 10 reasons right there - I'm sure others have come up with some I've overlooked.

All you people know is Bush. Gosh, we've never had it so
good with low unemployment, low taxes, good economy,
house building has exploded, minimum wage keeps getting
higher, a couple in the White House we can be proud of. You
guys just don't remember the bad presidents we've had.
Ford did nothing, Johnson was a womanizer and did nothing
else, Nixon erased tapes, Carter loves Castro and we had
long lines at the gas pumps and you could only go on certain
days depending upon what letter your last name started with.
We may have high gas prices but Bush didn't put the price on
gas, he didn't cause the hurricanes or tornadoes that was blamed
on him and he didn't send troops into IRAQ because he loves war and he talked to that hippie that camps outside his ranch that never cared about her son before he died as he lived with his
father after they divorced because she didn"t want him so she is
a farce>

James Buchanan. He was the president before Lincoln and did nothing positvie in office. He sent an army to Utah to fight the Mormons and than called them back. When South Carolina left the Union he sat there and let it happen. He is the worst president of all time.

Probably Lyndon Johnson, He was Pretty much forced out of office due to the troubles of the Vietnam War.

And A lot of you may feel that Bush is the worst. But, atleast he has the honor to stand up for what he beleives in. He doesn't care about how his decisions might be seen by the country, he trusts his instincts and goes with them. I would much rather have a person like that leading me than someone who changes their thoughts and ideals just to please people.

It is Bush.Certainly R. Nixon adopted some policies harming the world peace but he realised and changed. But Bush has thrashed the U.S.A.into hot water and the whole world has to face bad taste of his policies.I am seeing a very dark future of ordinary American citizen since Bush's policies formulated only for the rich and the multinational companies.

Just because he's recent (::cough Carter-Bush-Nixon-Clinton cough::) doesn't qualify a President for the worst. Try James Buchannan, who watch while the Civil War began.

President Andrew Johnson the 17th President was the worst president because many problems with the US such as Republican dominance and civil rights originated from his presidency.

i think history will put w. bush right up there with richard nixon for massive corruption, stubborn acceleration of an un-popular, un-winnable war despite massive public protest, hideous international relations, and turning a 2 trillion dollar budget surplus into a now 8 trillion dollar budget deficit. all to make rich people richer and run an unecessary, useless war way beyond the breaking point.
