they have a skeptical mind, and they want to scrutinize every detail. auditors just love asking why, how, and where.

The pleasure the ruler gets over the ruled. They question you and you answer. Only a few times you are satisfied with your answer. But many a times the auditor gets satisfied with his question and thus the pleasure of the ruler.
