Absolutely- on a few levels. First, the friends I met in college are still my closest friends. It is so fun and you grow up so much. Secondly, it's much more challenging getting a head if you don't have a degree. I work at a large cooperation and the jobs for those without a college degree are in entry level positions like the call center. It is much more difficult to get a head.

A college degree - assuming it's for real/attended & earned - will probably change your perspective. Whether it improves your life depends on what you get out of both the experience and the degree, and how you use that knowledge.

It definitely improves your earning potential. After completing a BA I interviewed for a job making twice what I'm making now.
