where do i find where to plug a flasher plug in my 96 firebird pontiac?

my turning signals stay on and kragens said i needed a flasher plug,but i have looked under dash and can't find where to plug it into

Waaay up the left side of the steering wheel behind the dash.
It's round and plastic.

Fallow the sound, but it's not the flasher plug, it's the switch. The plug needs power to work, which goes through the switch.
