Is Gadzooks clothing store the same as F21 now?

when i try the website www.gadzooks.com it directs me right to the F21 website. Even when i search for it. I just want to know if my local mall now has F21 in replace of Gadzooks.

Obviously they're owned by the same company...around here Gadzooks has a sign saying that they have a line "by Forever 21." They arent' the same yet, but it may well be happening.

that's interesting because I just bought a pair of jeans from F21 and the name brand was "gadzooks". So ... maybe...?
