Lose the briefs and move to boxers.
Sleep in the nude.
No more hot baths.
Decrease red meat, increase raw vegetables.
Engage in an exercise program of 30 minutes a day five days a week.
Avoid smoke and fumes.
Exclude alcohol if you can; reduce if you can't.
Learn to let stress wash over you.

A woman take good care of herself. Be healthy. Take a prenatal vitamin now while you are trying. The folic acid helps in conceiving, and helps for a healthier baby. A man same thing about being healthy. Also don't have sex every day, have sex every other day.
