Believe it or not, it's not uncommon. Try going to the bathroom before things get started. If that doesn't help, by all means talk with your Dr.

You need to do some Kegals! You might have to see a doctor, too just to rule out any infections or other abnormalities. You can do Kegals on your own. If you're not sure how to do them or what they should feel like, try to stop the flow of urine while you're going. Those muscles are the ones you'll want to contract during a Kegal exercise. Try to contract them for a count of 5, and do them several times throughout the day. Gradually, you can hold them for longer counts and do them more frequently. This will help you with the urine leaking.

How long has this been going on?

Can I ask your age?

There are all kinds of issues that can contribute to this, and this is not "typicall" but probably not that unsual.

There might be something going on with your bladder, that during sex, you are triggering a false need to relieve your bladder, so perhaps you need to see your regaular Dr. first and then get a referral if needed over to the Gyn.

I'm pretty sure there are some excerises you can do that might help reduce this reaction when you are going to have sex.

Can you press on your abdomen and cause a similar reaction?

I don't know if you remember or have experienced this, but when we would go on a long car trip, my parents would always tell us to try pressing there, to try and go to the rest room, BEFORE we left....

Maybe you can do something like that?

Good luck

Sometimes you just think you have to. Try urinating before sex. Warn your boyfriend ahead of time, put down some rubber sheets, and let if fly once. See what it really is. I am willing to bet that it isn't actually urine. Some women actually ejaculate. Talk to your gyno if you are really concerned.

Try going to the toilet before sex and if you do get the feeling, just let go - women can ejaculate too, and this is usually the feeling they get. It's worth a shot once, isn't it?

I don't know about the gyne stuff, but you better share this quirk with your lover. If he is understanding it should not be a problem. Maybe you can even make a game of it.
