Relations between FF7 characters????

I just watched Advent Children n i LOVE IT!!! but since i won't play the games (dun have PS2, unfortunatly :'( ) i'm trying to get as much info as i can about the characters. I heard that Cloud was in love with Aerith, or is it Tifa? And Vincent was in love with woman who was the mother of Sephiroth? Can someone PLEASE tell me about the relationships between all characters? Even the ones which are not official but you suspect. THANX A MILLION!!!!! ^^

Not only Cloud, Tifa, Aerith and Vincent, how about other characters?? I also heard that Tifa and Zack was in love, true?

alright here is the total info on your question in simplicity. Cloud is a "failed" clone of sephiroth with the memories of Zack, the blue haired one in the movie,and the memories of Tifa and some created memories from his creater Professor Hojo. Aeris is the flower girl in the game who was saved by Cloud in the church . They were great friends and almost lovers until sephiroth killed Aeris in the promised land. Tifa is from a town were zack and sephiroth came to save from an evil dragon. In the mountain Sephiroth found out what made soilders and he went nuts killing all the townsfolk including Tifa's father. The woman you ask about in the question as sephiroth's mother is Lucrecia. It is said that Lucrecia or Jenova is Sephiroth's mother it is unknown really. Vincent worked with Lucrecia in Shinra.

thoughout the game, you see the relationship build between Cloud and Aerith and it points to more of a romantic involvment. Cloud and Tifa were childhood friends before he left town to join Soldier or at least try to join Soldier. Vincent was in love with a woman named Lucrecia whom was stated to be Sephiroth's mother. Cloud met Barrett, the black guy, when he returned to Midgar after his town "burned down". Cid, the pilot was a guy they met throughout the journey. Yuffie, the young ninja girl, was a secret character in the game the was trying to prove herself as a theif but ended up joining the group. Red XIII or the lion looking guy was an experiement of the Shinra organization who decided to fight along with Cloud and the group.

Honestly, I know you say you don't wanna play the game, but there is SOOO much story that can't be just typed here in Answers. I suggest you go online and find a recap of the game. Some are really good and go into detail abou the game. Oh, and welcome to the group of people that think that Final Fantasy VII(FF7) is amongst if not the best RPG game to date. Certainly. Its never REALLY been decided on who CLoud loved. While Tifa and Aerith bth loved him, it has not been confirmed on who he loved. As for VIncent, he was in love with a woman named Lucrecia who was Sephiroth's mother. Lucrecia had a relationship with Hoth, and Vincent and Lucrecia were seperated. THE END.
