We are planning to build a 1200 sq, ft, cabin with whole finished logs. We have a vague idea but would like something unique.

There are too many good websites to recommend. A Yahoo search for "log home plans" (include the quotation marks) yields 372,000 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure you will quickly find all of the information you seek.
