when i doubleclick ie6 icon its wont work, if i right click that icon and choose to open its takes more time(more than 60 seconds)

You probably need to run a registry cleaning program.,also run a spyware program,and do a defragment of your hard drive. All of these things have a way of messing up your computers hard drive and causing poor preformance. The best thing would be to be running windows XP because microsoft no longer supports windows 98se or anything before that.
