I am 16 years old and i have a full time job in summer and part time in fall and winter. would i be able to file taxes ?

Yes ,but you may also be a dependant of your guardian on their taxes.

You should definitely file if Federal and/or state taxes were withheld, as you will probably receive a refund. You should make sure of your filing status. Your parents are probably claiming you as a dependent so you would not be able to claim yourself. You can probably file a 1040EZ if all your income is being reported on W-2's.
