Theoretically, yes. A vasectomy does not stop sperm production. It just cuts off the supply. A vasectomy can be reversed. But the one answerer here is correct I believe - it would seem that it had better be done quickly after death.

You know, i'm not sure but i think the testicles still produce sperm, and if so then it can be removed so the wife can use it if desired. I would think that it would have to be done queickly after the death, not too sure but there's a possibility. If not, then they can always get sperm and save it somewhere like a spermbank specifically for that purpouse, i think you would have to continously update it.
