It doesn't matter why Tammy's bored. That's Tammy's problem. By giving her attention, we are making the Tammy problem worse. Stop talking about it and it'll all go away, if you're annoyed.
Or, if you really enjoy it, keep it up. I'm sure she loves the attention.
