How do i obtain someones phone records if i have their phone number?

I think someone is messing with my stuff and i know their phone number, is their a way in which i can obtain their phone records

Are you aware of 411.com? Better to visit that site and there you can find somebody's record..Their address and everything....

You can only get someone's phone records with a subpoena, and a subpoena can only be issued by a judge at the request of a law enforcement agency. If someone is messing with your stuff, maybe you should file a police report. They can get a subpoena if they have probable cause. Good luck.
