A lot of ways ... first has she been unavailable to you? Does she avoid questions or always has a excuse why can't speak to you at that time or see you? Another factor is does she show the same affection, does she reach out for you. But I do believe that the best thing in any relationship is communication and trust. Well, if you guys have sex--does she hold you different or kiss you different. A dead giveaway is the numbers in the phone or not answering calls but the clincher is locking the phone up or leaven it in the car locked up (keypad locked) Oh and lets not forget when they call you one pet name like daddy or mamma and all of a sudden you are baby. I could go on forever, but you are a man and I a woman so it is kinda backwards here.
oh and restaurants wanting to dine at different ones than the usual.

Mine seemed to get mad at me for no reason all of the time, would not want to hang out in public, stopped being affectionate, the list goes on. Chances are, if your are suspecting it, she likely is. well i know it might sound horrible but i have cheated before.. just look for her to tell you she loves you more often then usual (if she feals bad about it) cause i felt bad and i always felt compelled to tell my b.f that. also she might push herself away from you like not be as close to you as she was before and just see how friendly she is with other guys she might not talk to other guys if she feels guilty about something if she doesnt feel guilty then she wouldnt worry about being friendly to other guys..
