Hillary, she already knows how to run this country. I wouldn't vote for Rice if she was the only person running. I'd write in my dog for president, she at least has a mind of her own and cares about what is hers. Rice cares about Rice and fattening her pockets as well as her cronies.

Rice. And I was a Democrat until 9/11. History didn't begin with the 2000 election. Rice has a better understanding of world events, the history leading up to those events, a better record with diplomacy (which doesn't mean instant peace), and world leaders respect her! Have you ever heard her speak? Hillary gives us nothing but political campaign slogans. Rice calmly explains what's going on...

Unfortunately, she doesn't want the job. The Office of President has become nothing but a scapegoat for the insanity of our congress and judiciary.

Still, we'll be told all the problems of the world will be solved if we only get the right guy in the oval office. To think I used to believe that bs! If the Republicans could convince Rice to run, would the Democrats allow women and minorities to vote Republican? Apparently not, judging by some of the answers you received. I don't know why. It's the congress that really handles all the domestic issues, after all, not the president.

Hillary.. even tho I am a 'liberal Republican' and yes, there are a few of us.. I would vote Hillary..

I believe she has a stronger will.. she's served in the Senate where she at least has a track record.. I also believe she's been able to weather the storms of the White House during her husband's administration, and won't go in blind.. Bottom line for her and any other president is not just their ability to make policy.. but whom do they surround themselves with.. The smartest man to ever sit i the White House had perhaps, one of the worst cabinets ever.. Jimmy Carter's prsidency was marred by the morons he chose, and it hurt his ability to function..

Neither. They are both polarizing. Rice has been a failure as both National Security Advisor and Secretary of State. Hillary Clinton has too many enemies out to destroy here. We need a rational, non-extremist president that is adept enough to help clean out 8 years of shameful presidential ineptitude, corruption and failure.

I don't think that either will be a good candidate as I don't believe we would elect a woman president. I don't care what the "world politics" thinks of us. However, we have to be able to conduct political business with these people. They would not accept a female pres. and I think that the majority of Americans are aware of that.
However if I had to chose, Rice. She holds closer to my ideals.

Hillary is a left wing zealot that would take this country down the primrose path to ruination.

Remember the last election. When it came down to brass tacks, it was Kerry who raised and voted for taxes and more taxes. He was second only to one senator in voting for the highest number of tax increases....can you guess who was the only senator who voted for more taxes than Kerry? I'll give you a hint. She is from New York and has a womanizer for a husband. Oh, yeah, and her husband cheated on her in the Oval Office.

Rice is a war criminal. Hillary abetted the war criminals. We don't need either in power.

Al Gore or Howard Dean are my choices. They may be the only people with integrity left in politics.

Rice is a continuation of Bush. NO WAY IN HELL! Plus she isn't qualified as far as I am concerned. For most of her life she read the news to Bush in the morning, or whatever!
