Guys don't care about clothes, they care about the girl, how she acts, how she smells, how her hair and eyes look, how her body looks, etc. Most wouldn't even notice the jeans unless your butt was hanging out or something. Put that money towards much more important stuff, like nice makeup, gel or mouse for a nice hairstyle, nice earrings that draw attention to your face, tooth whitening gel to make your smile brighter, etc. If they guy is only interested in you because of the things you wear, he's NOT worth it. A good, keep-worthy guy won't care about your clothes as long as you can make him laugh and keep him in a conversation. Good luck!!
PS: Even if you did get really nice jeans, and he liked them, what would you wear the next time you hung out or went out with him? You can't keep wearing the same jeans. So don't worry about one pair of jeans, there's so much more to impressing guys. They're not QUITE as inferior and shallow as women make them out to be sometimes lol!!
Also, why do you type in CAPS all the time? It makes it seem like your yelling. It's perfectly ok to use lower case to get your point or question across :-)

Guess jeans are the best so you can find them at a department store or the actual guess store at a outlet mall or even a state mall.

Try Gap, American Eagle, or any of the discount department stores (TJ Maxx or Marshall's) for good finds...you'll probably luck out at Gap, though...
