k basically it's a front swim. (hopefully you knew that) =P jk all you do is

arms: make a heart shape. *start around your chin (face would be in the water) first put palm to palm together, in front of you, and then extend it out (palms still together), when you 've extended your arms out, then you face both palms down and push the water outwards. (curving like a heart shape) and back to where you started again.

legs/feet: YOUR KNEES ARE ALWAYS TOGETHER!! don't separate them. (although some might, it's not the proper technique) Then basically all you gotta do is open up (knees still together!) go around and then your feet will meet again in the centre. hm..the shape your basically doing is half a circle. The "go around" part is the curve..and that's where your feet will meet. When they meet, bring them back to you, and go YOUR FEET SHOULD OPEN WHEN YOUR ARMS make the curve of the heart shape.

Feet: Feet should always be flexed. (aka.>> Do NOT point your feet.)

hm..other than that I can't think of anything else u'd need to know. ..mind you..if you were racing...breast stroke IS the slowest swim to do. ><

p.s > if you found this confusing..and i'm sure you might have..(sorry I tried)....watch a frog swim. that's basically what it should look like. other than that..GOOD LUCK!

breathin: when you breathe for air...it's when you are pushing the water outwards. it pushes your body slightly up...so you can bring your head up out of the water to breathe...put your head BACK IN...when you extend your arms again. (kinda like gliding your head back into the water.)

almost like how a frog swim except you have to lift up your head to breath and put it down again.
