My favorite place to go is Princeville, HI. There is tremendous sightseeing, good golfing, wonderful surfing, and you can just relax and enjoy each other (there are two of you right). There are a lot of good restaurants in Lihue and there are some in Hanalei. Do a search in Kauai, Hawaii.

I went to Edinburgh, UK this year for spring break, and there is a TON of stuff to do there - the zoo, Edinburgh Castle, Scottish Parliament, shopping, clubs, pubs, Holyrood Palace, Our Dynamic Earth, the list goes on. We ate at Vittoria, an Italian place, and the filling station, which is kind of like an Applebee's....most everything on the menus there was good. If you want more info, then you should go to:

Savannah, GA
Look at old houses, walk around, shop, go to river street
pirate house, close to river street, pirates supposedly haunt it, also visit river street sweets on river st. they are great. also paula deen off of the food network has a restaurant there...called the lady and sons... its good
Savannah is a beautiful, historic,romantic place...there are lots of things to do...lots of scary ghost tours, old houses, pirate stuff, and there is the savannah college of art and design, so there is lots of artists and all over the city is the blocks that are parks... like 20 or 30 of them,,, and its very romantic...

not sure, we went to one restaurant that was pretty good.
the weather is great, people are friendly and they live a nice simple life sometimes. i enjoy the views and sunsets
