can anyone explain the science of ISO/IEC, I need very much help, I have a test tommarow on it and I need to be able to answer all questions, please be pleased to help me...

ISO = International Standards Organization
IEC = International Electrotechnical Commission

I have no idea what you mean by "the science of ISO/IEC" There "science" is the same as anyone else's "science"
