Hmm.... just try the outline the top half with liquid eyeliner. I think that would look really pretty. But maybe you should have a couple friends over and ask them what they think. Them actually knowing what you look like might have some great suggestions! Best Wishes!

I use
Taupe, as I have the same eyes. Of course I am much older, however, being an Ex Cocktail Waitress from Vegas in my younger years, I will always enhance what I have.
I use a Taupe, and work it into the lash line, and smudge it slightly, so it looks more natural. Just a small amount on the lower lash line. A Persian girl turned me on to an awesome bronze, at the Lancome counter, and I just add a touch of it over the Taupe, on my upper lashes, and it enhances the overall look, not much is needed. Stay away from Pinks based liners. They will make your eyes look red. Blink Blink.....

well, i also have fair skin and big blue eyes. i think it is all in the way that you apply your makeup. maybe you could do really thin lines of eyeliner, on only the top. doing it on the bottom can close up your eyes, and if you have big eyes that may look like they are contained. try to be as natural as possible and get a lighter color eyeliner (not pure black) and i think you shouldn't worry, cause some girls look beautiful without makeup

Try a soft brown color and line only your top lid from the center to the outer edge. Use a sponge tip applicator (some eyeliners have them built-in on the opposite end of the pencil) or a cotton swab to smudge it a little so that you don't have such a hard line.

Well it depends on how you are applying it on.. are you making it thick or thin...Try to apply it on from half way through your eye towards the end...
Have you tried a liquid eyeliner?? Sometimes it works better for many people...
Visit a make up counter and have them apply different color eye liners on you (it could be the color that is not working for you)
Ask them to show you how to put it on, a lot of sales people are helpful especially at Nordstrom.. (I love the Chanel products and their eye liners are great and stay on all day) I never have to re-apply!

Use a light brown soft pencil on your bottom eyelid, and a liquid on the top.
Go to a make up counter in the mall... there are lots of women there who will be glad to teach you how to use eyeliner correctly and you can buy the product right there on the spot.

Skip the eyeliner. Rather accentuate your eyes by focusing your eye shadow to the outmost corner of your eyes. A suggestion would be to visit a make-up counter in one of the malls and have your makeup done one time. These people who work there are trained to do that and can help you.

You should go to a makeup counter at the mall and have them do a free consultation (you can buy the eyeliner from them) and they can better show you how to make it look good. I think smoking the eyeliner looks great on anyone.

I have blue eyes too, with really light skin. Just use a brown eyeliner or a very thin black line. Don't carve it into your face.
