"Royalty in America"

An independent flick that few have seen. Its about this Arabic Princess who gets lost in the Northwest wilderness with this older American.
Its funny as they banter each other thru their journey. She continues to bash him and his American materialism and he bashes her on her somewhat old fashion moralisms.
In the end when they are found and separated they realize how many similarities they actually have.
The man goes looking for her,,,,,

Well, I'll stop there because I don't want to give away the ending.

I can recall a lot of good movies. When I was a kid back in the dark ages, I saw "Gone With The Wind". I also recall a movie called "Imitation of Life", about a black girl who passed as white, and the terrible way she treated her mother. Then when her mom died, she was full of remorse. It was one of the biggest tear-jerkers of all time, and I still get misty-eyed when I think of it.

I thought "The Exorcist" was one of the scariest movies I'd ever seen, and slept with the light on for weeks after I saw it.

"The Elephant Man" was another of my favorites, about the terribly deformed young man who tried hard to live a normal life.

I think the best movie I've seen in recent years has to be "Titanic". It was historically accurate, but interwoven into it was one of the most romantic -- and believable -- stories ever told. I loved Di Capprio and Winslet. It was a very emotionally-charged movie. I think I'd have to name that one my favorite epic film.

My favorite musical films were "Sound of Music" and "Fiddler on the Roof".

The Christmas Story. Totally the best movie of all time. I could watch it every single day of my life and never get bored. My kids and I watched it every single season, every single time it was on. Peter Billingsley was totally our "hero"...as in the best!!! Ralphie is like part of our family. He (Peter) played the part so well that it was that you couldn't help but feel you knew him. And he was so amazingly cute! How could any movie be better than that!!!!
