My son's father has had nothing to do with him since day one and also wanted nothing to do with the pregnancy. I tried to take him to see him a couple times at work and at his friend's place where he lives and he would run out the back door or something like that. He has told me over the phone to go away. I am told I cannot get child support from him because he did not sign the birth certificate and is denying any involvement with me.

Somehow I think Im getting half the story.

If its his son he should help to pay for his food, clothing and shelter. But not Half your rent and spending money.

He also should claim his rights as parent. If he doesnt he is the loser in the end.

#1 - DNA test will prove that he is or isn't the father of your child. You can make him take the test through your local DHR office, or at least should be able to do it there.

#2 - The fact that he runs, or hides and denies shows that he is still a little boy, and has no intentions of becoming a man. Men do the right thing, even if it puts a burden on them. Guess he should've thought of that when he pulled out his lil pee pee. Guys like that have no balls in my book, and should be made to go through labor themselves. Then they might have a better respect for the woman that they supposedly loved.

#3 - He doesn't have what it takes to be a father. Anyone can be a dad, but only a MAN can be a father. Tell shriveled balls to fess up, and take it like a man, and quit being a sissy coward. Punks like him give the rest of us a bad name. Punks like him need their tools removed so that they will not cause anymore problems in the world. Punks like him need to get a grip, and take on some responsibility. Punks like him need to pay for their actions.

Get with your local DHR office, even though he didn't sign the certificate, I believe there are ways to make him prove that he is/isn't the father. Good luck to you.

9 inches is proof of what I just mentioned. The only thing 9 inches on him is his mouth. Would make a good jewel holder, if you know what I mean. Probably what he was talking about. That, or he was talking about how much his duke buddy inserts daily. Ignant!!

Go to the County Government Center and file a Paternity Petition to get a DNA test done. Serve him with the papers and see what happens. Some Courts have the facility right on premises for testing. Once paternity is established, the court will order him to pay support retroactive from the day you filed. If you live in NY, message me and I can help you more. AND... if he doesn't want to be with his baby - good riddance.. his loss. Girl, don't beg. Be an example to your child. Stay strong.

When the pregnancy happen he also could have used protection, he did not care then, why would he care now?

Oh and all you have to do is go file for child support and name him the father, the court will DNA test the lucky fellow. See if he can run from that. Find out where he works for child support authority

He sounds like he does not decide for to settle for accountability for his strikes--he's unwilling to resign the "freedom" of being childless. he's caught in a limbo between his former youthful self and his new function of pop and all the further universal jobs that come alongside with that, and he's probable freaking out approximately it which explains why he ran removed from the placement. I assume that he will probable try some form of escapism, jointly with partying wildly for a on an identical time as or attempting to stay life 'usually' as though no longer something had surpassed off, yet i'm fairly useful that even in doing so the actuality of the placement heavily isn't a strategies from his recommendations, whether he's in denial for a on an identical time as. In effect, he will actual ignore neither you nor the toddlers, and that i think of that when he includes words with the placement he will probable come around--whether it ought to take him a on an identical time as. i think of he will actual think of roughly calling you and that he will probable are available an emergency...yet for now, he does not look marvelous, and that i might concentration on option sources of help (i.e. friends, family individuals). good luck!

I have to ask why you'd be such a dumb a$$ and put out to a guy that was not interested you, having children, and being responsible then wonder why he "denies everything".

BTW with the use of a condom 94% effective and birth control pills 99% effective. No, it is not REALLY that high but real close. Were you practicing safer sex? If not, why not?

That being said, I don't want to have my tax dollars raising your spawn. Go after his a$$ for support. If you go after the wrong guy, I hope they put your butt in jail for perjury.

This guy sounds like he just wanted to get between your legs. Take this chump-change loser to court and get what your son deserves. If he further denies any involvement, then a DNA test might change his tune

You can go to a judge and demand a court-ordered paternity test. He'll have to do it and if its proven to be his and he has some form of legal income, he'll be required to pay something.
