If you have internet access (isp) with DSL ( but you do not need to pay for local phone services, fees, taxes, long distance access, toll charges)............. your phone service is FREE!!!!!!!!

If you sign up with AT&T be sure to read your contract you will be happy you read it.

You have to have a phone to have DSL. You can DSL for 12.99 a month, just go to AT&T.com and sign up. With the messanger you can also make calls in the states for a penny a minute.

Last time I checked a telephone line was how you received DSL. You need a telephone number to assoicate it to. Have you thought about cable? The base package with Cox is $24.95 for 256Kbps\256Kbps.
