Subway. There are so many choices of healthy sandwiches. It is a great place for people with some health problems and those who need to lose weight. For example: for someone who has diabetes, there is wheat bread, lettace, tomato and other extra choice that does not break down to sugar like the regular bread would. So while eating to protect your health, you can also be losing weight healthly. I know because I have diabetes and I started eating wheat bread and veggies and such and even though I am not fat, but must keep the weight down, I lost 11 pounds in about 3 weeks. There is no way I would have been able to do that at McDonalds. Even if you figure you can eat McDonalds' healthy salads, for some people, greens give them a lot of gas, so that is not good either.

Oh, Subway all the way. Their least healthy sub (which incidentally is probably my most favorite) is better for you than anything McD's has to offer. OK, so McD's salads probably are a bit better for you, but still...the point is, Subway is healthier and tastes so much better. I think I visit McD's maybe once every two or three years. Subway is a regular trip.
